Do you have any problems with Workplace Pure?

You have to be logged on to get support for Workplace Pure.

  • As administrator:
    • You can request support for job/event-related problems directly from a job/event with [Create Incident].
    • For general problems select [Maintenance], [Support] and finally [Report a problem].
  • As user:
    • Contact the Workplace Pure administrator of your company.
    • You will find the contact details here:
      Select [?] (question mark) and then [Show admin contact].
